{"id":972,"date":"2014-05-29T17:00:28","date_gmt":"2014-05-29T21:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raz-family.ca\/RunKristi\/?p=972"},"modified":"2014-05-29T17:00:28","modified_gmt":"2014-05-29T21:00:28","slug":"and-here-we-go-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raz-family.ca\/RunKristi\/?p=972","title":{"rendered":"And Here We Go Again"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Two days off, one day with yoga and today back to running. \u00a0Another very brief training cycle begins in preparation for the Scotiabank Vancouver Half Marathon. \u00a0I wasn&#8217;t sure what running would feel like today after that awful day of running I had on Sunday. \u00a0But today&#8217;s run ended up being a comfortable 6k, 3 km of which were under a 5:52 pace.
